On Sky this morning they had the guy who they said came up with the term. Said it was just a bit of fun but it is aimed at tories and basically non-labour supporting white guys over 40 who go red in the face when they get angry and are trying to make their point.
Clearly a word which is meant to be an insult rather than just a bit of fun. Personally found him about as funny as a slice of gammon.
